Simon Castillo is a real estate investor & business development executive from San Antonio, TX. Simon began investing in real estate in 2004 and is currently invested in more than $22 million of single family and multifamily assets. Simon’s experience includes providing safe, stable returns for investors, real estate development, value add investing and investing for long term cash flow.

Simon is the Principal and Founder of SAS Texas Capital, a real estate firm focused on raising capital for the acquisition of value add, class B & C multifamily properties. SAS Texas Capital currently has interest in over 220 units in San Antonio, Texas.
