Rodney has been investing in multifamily real estate for two and half years. He started investing in single-family housing in 1996. Looking to expand, Rodney learned how to syndicate real estate and moved into multifamily. Currently, Rodney has over $50MM of multifamily assets under management consisting of 765 units. Rodney and his wife Pattie live in Southeast Minnesota. Solaris Equity Partners is looking to add an additional 1000 units to its portfolio in 2022.
