Justin “the Cash Flow Cowboy” Wawrzyniak is in real estate for two simple reasons: Freedom and People. Through real estate investing, Justin successfully transitioned from corporate America to a full-time real estate professional in 2020. He used determination and self-education to leave his 9-5 life behind and pursue Multi-Family real estate investments.
