Jacob Carter has a background in
software and product development of B2B Marketing Technologies. He
spent the first decade of his career building platforms and tools
to automate and facilitate effective marketing for businesses. It
was his personal experience as a renter that led him to create
Nurture Boss to help solve some of the pain points he consistently
experienced. Once diving in head first into the multifamily
industry and learning more about what it is like to work onsite,
the need for effective solutions became more clear. Being obsessed
with the problems you solve, not the solutions you've built,
