Born and raised in Lima, Perú,
Anette Talie moved to Florida and acquired her Bachelor of
Architecture from Florida Atlantic University.
Due to the financial crisis and
great recession, in 2010, Anette started looking for other options
besides Architecture to reach financial freedom. in 2012, she
acquired her first investment property. Today, Anette manages 31
units and hosts her Podcast “Real Estate Deal Closers Show”. Her
current goal is to continue to grow and help others obtain their
financial freedom by investing passively.
