Starting with a mere $3,000 in 2001, his journey is a testament to relentless determination. Alan's expertise extends to the Real Estate Education space, where he spent a decade speaking nationally for Keller Williams Realty and Dean Graziosi, a renowned entrepreneur and investor. He has led 3-day Real Estate Bootcamps across the US, providing hands-on training, deal analysis, and budgeting strategies for successful flips. Currently partnered with eXp Realty Inc. as a Real Estate agent at the Zia Group, Alan contributes to the sale of $200 million in real estate annually. Residing near the beach in Santa Barbara, California, Alan is a real estate professional and a water enthusiast, having grown up competing in swimming and water polo, and embracing his love for the ocean through surfing.
